More salaried workers will get overtime pay with new Biden administration rules
ResumeThis week the Biden administration expanded overtime pay requirements to include more salaried workers. Starting in July, employees making $44,000 a year or less will qualify, up from the current threshold of just under $36,000. In January, the threshold will increase again, this time to those making up to $59,000.
